[as112-ops] Updates to as112.net

Greetings all,

 	Just wanted to inform everyone that I am updating the webiste 
as112.net with a few new things thrown-in for good measure:

- A CentOS installation example provided by Frank Habicht
- A FreeBSD installation example provided by Robert Seastrom

I am also going to create a page dedicated to statistics gathering, namely 
describing DSC and ISC's SIE use of ncap for their project as well.

One thing I will also be working on is a Google Maps display of AS112 
nodes based on the listing.  This one will take shape slowly as I learn 
the inner-workings of making such a thing.  This is an idea I stole from 
the root-servers.org page.
