Quite a lot of AS112 operators took part in DITL gathering in this and
previous years (thanks !). So there will be a pile of pcap data sitting
at OARC available for analysis which may cast more light on this already.

And many AS112 operators run ongoing DSC data collection too - if we
could have more doing this and submitting the data to OARC this could
again provide valuable insights into what is going on here.
