[as112-ops] AS112 IETF drafts status; request for stats.

Greetings all,

A couple of notes:

-I will be making an update on the AS112 drafts, specifically the
  -help-help document for the IETF as they have both slipped under the waves
  and I want to revive them.

-Statistics.... I will be making a column on the 'registry' of AS112
  nodes to make distinct those AS112 sites who have furnished publically
  visible stats for their AS112 nodes.  As some of you may recall, there
  was a agreement by the first AS112 providers to post stats... Same needs
  to be done for the more recent AS112 operators please.  So don't be shy
  and let me know what the link is to your graphs.  Please and thanks.

-Speaking of AS112 nodes, Evan Wright of CERT/CC gave an interesting
  presentation at DNS-OARC Ottawa about detecting AS112 nodes that our
  group of operators here may not know about.  Details about his findings
  can be found here:
