Has anybody actually tried to contact the registrant of uceb.org? I  
can do that (as an AS112 operator, not as the provider of technical  
operations to .ORG) if I'm not stepping on someone else's existing  
conversation.

Of course, given that the listed contact seems to be Swiss it might be  
more productive if someone whose native language is German tried first.
