[as112-ops] December 2007 status of IETF DNSOP draft on AS112

Greetings all,

 	Both the -as112-ops- and the -as112-under-attack-help-help- 
Internet Drafts had been resubmitted to the IETF to refresh their status, 
and the version numbers on both were incremented by 1.  I believe the 
documents are heading into working group last call.

 	The changes between -00 and -01 version of each draft were very 
tiny and not of a substantive nature.
