[as112-ops] AS112 service coming live on Afilias anycast infrastructure

Hi all,

I hope to have AS112 service up and running on Afilias' anycast  
infrastructure in the next few hours (possibly longer, depending on  
how long it takes to get filter updates processed by transit providers).

You should see additional paths to the AS112 service prefix through  
AS12041, and service will be available in Amsterdam (via Tiscali,  
Interoute), Toronto (via Teleglobe, UUNET), Seattle (via NTT America  
and AboveNet) and Miami (via Level3 and Global Crossing).

Just a heads up.
