I keep thinking that I wrote up a technique in the draft ID to
use the 'TXT' record so we can easily identify the true host's
identity...I'll have to dig out my copy. (no pun intended)

Hop 9 seems to be a Qwest address, with origin AS 209, if the DNS and
route-views are to be trusted. We can probably infer that Qwest or a
customer of theirs has one.
Anyone here from Qwest that can vouch for that box?
