[as112-ops] AS112 timeout issues

Hi folks,

IANA has been receiving a number of reports in the last couple of days
from people receiving timeouts sending DNS queries to the blackhole
servers. ICMP traffic to the host seems to work fine though.

As they don't respond with answers, the identity of the host(s) can't be
readily determined using 'hostname.as112.net'.

One reporter has provided a traceroute that ends:

8 67.14.21.33 (67.14.21.33) 64.675 ms 64.720 ms 64.626 ms
9 207.225.159.211 (207.225.159.211) 66.394 ms 66.538 ms 66.430 ms
10 blackhole-1.iana.org (192.175.48.6) 63.252 ms 63.226 ms 63.082 ms

I couldn't immediately find a correlation between 207.225.159.211 and
the list of networks at http://public.as112.net/node/10

Any assistance or pointers in tracking down this problem would be
appreciated.
