From where?

Check your certs; everyone who’s complained so far (that we have also checked) has had a problem with the CN in their x.509 certs.  Some are because of SRV (need the apex name and the server name in the cert for the server-to-server callback to work) and others because they’re hosted (example.org jabber server using a cert with the CN for hostingco.com).
