This message is usually the result of a misconfigured load balancer.
In this case context-enroll.ccs.mcafee.com is delegated to gtm2.mcafee.com
but the latter thinks it is authoritative for mcafee.com. This is a
misconfiguration which BIND complains about when it is trying to
understand a negative response (e.g. for AAAA queries).
