I think this is the whole point. I was not contacted by operators, but by
*employees* of operators who shared some of their monitoring graphs with me,
under the radar of their management of legal departments.

And I'm afraid that OARC has contacts & contracts with willing operators,
but that employees would have a very hard time moving their large, listed,
corporations to sign up.

I'll forward this to the people who contacted me just to see if they think
it would work.
