Yep, they added it to ISC's DLV approximately 22 days ago.

I have since contacted them asking if they want to maintain it in two
places, or only in ITAR.  If they choose to leave it in DLV, we will
continue to ignore the entries in the ITAR.  If they choose to remove it
from DLV, we'll do it in a way that won't leave them without an entry in
our database as well.  The choice is theirs.

Future TLDs which contact us asking what they should do will get the
answer "put it in the ITAR, we'll get it from there."  In fact, I spoke
with several contacts at the last IETF and gave that advice as well.  It
sort of surprised them, I think, but I believe it is the correct answer.
