	I would have thought this would be on the ICANN web site
	preferably on a signed page.  Otherwise we can all phone
	ICANN so the due diligence can be performed by those that
	wish to act before 1 Nov.

	Also http://www.root-servers.org/ should reflect the forth
	coming change etc.
